Find the Object

“Find the object” game…
Dogs naturally use their noses to explore & find things, so why not put it to work as a fun game – and a way to keep them busy.

Here’s a video that shows how to teach your dog to search for an object.
Two Quick Tips:
1. Start easy. “Hide” the object right in front of them and ask them to find it so they understand the game.
2. Don’t help them! If you start pointing to the object(s) and helping them, they’ll get lazy and won’t learn to look on their own… they’ll think the game is about waiting for you to show them!
